'Significant' medical emergencies on and off ice at Sens game
Two medical emergencies temporarily stopped play at Monday’s game between the Ottawa Senators and Florida Panthers.
Play stopped with 3:37 left in the first period as paramedics hurried into the 100 section of seats to help a sick spectator.
The man was in cardiac arrest, an Ottawa Paramedics spokesman said. “It’s a significant event and quite disruptive.”
