ShoreTel acquisition drives Mitel's Q4 revenues up 37%

Mitel Networks chief executive officer Rich McBee said he is pushing the pause button on his seven-year acquisition strategy.
“We now have critical mass,” he said Thursday during a conference call to detail his company’s fourth quarter financial results. “We’re focused on making our acquisition of ShoreTel a success,” he added in reference to the California rival Mitel purchased last September for $430 million.
