Shopify Q4 revenues up 54 per cent, passes $1 billion annual sales mark

Shopify reported a 54 per cent year over year jump in fourth quarter revenues to $343.9.1 million.
This was significantly ahead of the consensus estimate of $327.7 million as tracked by Thomson Reuters. (All figures in U.S. dollars.)
The e-commerce technology firm also reported an operating loss of $9.5 million for the quarter ended Dec. 31, up from $6.1 million during the same period a year ago.
