Shocking -19 windchill wakeup call, snow returns later this week

Ottawa awoke to -10 Wednesday morning with a bracing windchill of -19 as measured at the airport.
Things were even brisker on the Quebec side of the river, where windchill levels dropped to -30 levels overnight and were between -20- and -25 early on.
The forecast is for a few flurries to end in the morning then clearing skies with northwesterly winds at 20 km/h gusting to 40 and a high of -5 C that will feel like -12.
Overnight, expect clear skies, winds becoming light and a low of -12 C a
