Shirtless Kingston driver in one boot arrested after assaulting Samaritan, fleeing crash

A Kingston man is facing numerous charges after he allegedly hit several vehicles in a parking lot, flipped his car, assaulted a woman who had pulled over to help him, and then fled the scene before police arrived.
On Monday at about 1:45 a.m., a driver spotted a second car speeding on Bath Road. The second driver followed him.
