Services being restored after Blackburn Hamlet gas line, water main breaks

Several Blackburn Hamlet-area residents spent much of Friday without gas or water service after gas line and water main breaks.
Fortunately, they were told to expect both to be back again by around midnight.
Shortly after 8 p.m., Innes Ward Coun. Laura Dudas said Enbridge had completed its repairs of a gas line that had been damaged earlier in the day and was working to reconnect service to all affected residents.
