Senators cut down roster before facing Habs

The Ottawa Senators’ roster is starting to take shape.
The Senators assigned 20 players to their AHL affiliate in Belleville Saturday afternoon and sent two more back to junior. That leaves the club with 33 players in camp — three goalies, 10 defencemen and 20 forwards — heading into Saturday’s pre-season visit by the Montreal Canadiens to the Canadian Tire Centre.
