Senators captain Erik Karlsson and Melinda Currey get married in Ottawa

Erik Karlsson is officially off the free agent market.
After a nine-month engagement, the Ottawa Senators’ captain married Ottawa’s Melinda Currey downtown in the nation’s capital late Saturday afternoon.
The couple were seen leaving the The Westin in separate limos at about 4:45 p.m. under heavy rain showers. From there, it was on to the National Gallery of Canada.
