Second west Ottawa stabbing Tuesday leaves man with non-life-threatening injuries

A 30-year-old man suffered injuries that were not considered life-threatening when he was stabbed on Tavistock Road on Tuesday — the second stabbing to take place within an hour-and-a-half in the western part of Ottawa.
