Scissor-wielding suspect arrested after robbery spree in Vanier area

Ottawa police were kept busy overnight Wednesday, after a scissor-wielding man allegedly robbed three retail stores in the Vanier area before being tracked down by officers.
Police said they responded to three reported robberies in the early hours of Wednesday.
