Scheer slams Liberals over speed of retaliatory tariffs on U.S.

Conservative Leader Andrew Scheer is questioning why Ottawas retaliatory tariffs on the U.S. dont take effect until July 1. Public Safety Minister Ralph Goodale implied Scheer was putting partisanship before Canadian workers.
