Samulack: How we can do more to support bereaved parents

In March, Ottawa Senators’ captain Erik Karlsson and his wife, Melinda, experienced the stillbirth of their son, Axel. Melinda described her experience recently on Instagram: “Grief is the price we pay for caring, for loving. I experienced a love so strong that it made the incredibly impossible task of saying hello and goodbye in the same day worth it.”
