Ryan Hartman given another month to prepare sexsomnia appeal

BROCKVILLE — The man twice convicted of sexual assault in the “sexsomnia” case has been given another month to collect documents for his appeal.
Ryan Hartman will be back in Ontario Superior Court on May 13 for a status check on his progress in launching an appeal of his 12-month sentence for sexually assaulting a sleeping woman at an Oxford Mills house party in 2011.
