Rowan's Law concussion legislation seeks a foothold outside Ontario

The first annual Rowan’s Legacy Symposium hopes to be the start of something big.
The conference, part of the University of Ottawa’s brain health awareness week, heightens concussion protocols in the name of Rowan Stringer, a 17-year-old rugby player who died in 2013 after multiple concussions.
