Rideau Canal Skateway closed as temperatures rise, rain falls

The Rideau Canal Skateway was temporarily shutting down Monday night after mild weather eroded the quality of the ice.
TNational Capital Commission announced Monday afternoon that the 7.8-kilometre skateway would close at 10 p.m.
