Research could lead to easily accessible test for schizophrenia

Schizophrenia could eventually be diagnosed using an MRI, thanks to research co-authored by Clifford Cassidy, a scientist at the Royal’s Institute of Mental Health Research.
The study reveals a brain-based biomarker for schizophrenia that can be identified using specially configured MRI machines, which are widely available.
