Report of gunman sparks lockdowns in Cornwall, no one hurt

CORNWALL — Every school in downtown Cornwall, as well as the Cornwall Community Hospital, was placed under lockdown as a precautionary measure just before 9 a.m. on Tuesday after a man holding a rifle was spotted in the area of Amelia Street.
There have been no reported injuries.
