Release the swans! Royal swans make a splash in Rideau River

Diane Deans — who serves as chair of the community and protective services committee — was joined by fellow Ottawa councillors David Chernushenko, Riley Brockington, Mark Taylor and Mathieu Fleury at Brewer Park to officially release the last pair of Royal Swans onto the Rideau River on Wednesday, May 23, 2018. 
The other swans were released earlier in the day.
