Reevely: Ontario Tories' voting problems 'a scandal,' Doug Ford charges
The Ontario Progressive Conservatives are sticking with their plan to end voting for their new leader at mid-day Friday, despite requests from three of the four candidates to extend the deadline.
“I call it a scandal,” candidate Doug Ford said in an email blast to supporters Thursday morning.
Ford, Tanya Granic Allen and Caroline Mulroney all called for a week’s delay in closing the party’s online polls because of technical problems Tory members have had casting ballots.
