Ali, 53, came to Canada in 1991, fleeing Iraq and former dictator Saddam Hussein. He started decorating his cab for Canada Day about five years ago, attaining peak patriotism in 2017 for Canada’s 150th birthday. We caught up with him on Queen Street.
