RCAF CC-150 Polaris maintenance contract expected to be awarded Thursday

The Canadian government is expected to announce an in-service support contract for the Royal Canadian Air Force’s CC-150 Polaris aircraft. The announcement is being made at CFB Trenton, Ontario on Thursday afternoon.
L-3 previously won the support contract in 2013. That contract had two sets of follow-on options, with each contract covering a five-year period. In 2013 that total contract value over the entire 15 years was put at almost $700 million.
