RCAF aircraft critical to support of Operation NUNALIVUT

About 350 Canadian Forces members are taking part in Operation NUNALIVUT 2018. The annual sovereignty operation in the High Arctic is being held this year in Resolute Bay and Cambridge Bay, Nunavut. Op NUNALIVUT 2018 started February 23 and will wrap up March 21.
Air transport, of course, is critical to most operations, but particularly in the Arctic. Operation NUNALIVUT used CC-177 Globemasters and CC-130J Hercules to transport troops, supplies, and equipment to Resolute Bay and Cambridge Bay.
