Rainfall warning issued for Monday in Ottawa

Expect heavy rain all day Monday and into the evening, says Environment Canada.
It has issued a rainfall warning for Ottawa North, Kanata, Orléans, Ottawa South, Richmond and Metcalfe.
Flooding in low-lying areas is possible. Add to that some stiff winds at 30 km an hour, gusting to 50 km.
By Tuesday morning, between 40 mm and 100 mm of rain is expected to have fallen. Drivers should expect reduced visibility. Slow down, watch for tail lights and be prepared to stop, warns Environment Can
