Rainfall warning for Ottawa, Environment Canada warns of possible flooding

Sunday morning is sunny and clear but the blue sky won’t last.
Environment Canada has issued a rainfall warning. 30 to 40 mm of rain are expected to fall in Ottawa, starting early Sunday afternoon and continuing until at least Monday morning.
Clouds will start forming by 11 a.m., and the rain is expected to start by 2 p.m.
The worst of the storm is expected this evening. The rain turns heavy by 8 p.m.
