QB Trevor Harris not 100 per cent, but he's ready to lead the Redblacks

VANCOUVER — Trevor Harris admits his separated shoulder isn’t fully healed yet.
However, after missing three games, Harris says he’s ready to resume his duties as Ottawa Redblacks starting quarterback Saturday against the B.C. Lions.
