Prison lifer's day passes anger Kingston detective
A man serving life in prison for four counts of attempted murder — including two on police officers responding to a bank holdup call in 1994 — and who is a person of interest in two 1980s murders in the Kingston area, has been granted unescorted temporary absences from federal custody by the Parole Board of Canada for the second time.
