'Precarious' stop as driver doing 40 km/h in 401 fast lane pulled over

A 47-year-old Ottawa woman netted an almost unheard of traffic ticket Wednesday.
She was cited for driving too slow — a snail’s-pace 40 km/h — in the fast lane on Highway 401 in Front of Yonge Township near Brockville.
“Numerous” motorists called in the eastbound vehicle with its high beams on at about 8:10 p.m.
Police officers located the vehicle and made several attempts to get it pulled over safely. On the first go, the driver simply stopped in a live lane. Final
