Power outage near Algonquin College leaves 2000 in the dark

Traffic was a mess and more than than 2,000 users were without power Tuesday morning as the result of a blackout near Woodroffe Avenue and Baseline Road.The outage occurred at about 8:15 a.m.Stoplights were out of order at major intersections along Woodroffe, police tweeted.
