Portage Bridge work could be the commuter headache of the summer

Road resurfacing on the Portage Bridge could be the headache of the summer for motorists travelling between Ottawa and Gatineau. 
The city held its seasonal construction update Friday, highlighting road and building construction in the spring and summer.
