Police seek trio in east-end corner store robbery

Police are asking the public to help them identify a woman and two men involved in corner store robbery in Vanier on Jan. 4.
They say the incident occurred at about 1:10 a.m. when the woman allegedly put items in her bag and tried to leave the store in the 300 block of Montreal Road.
The store clerk refused to unlock the door.
In the ensuing struggle, police say the suspect assaulted the clerk and stole more merchandise before escaping with the help of two men with whom she’d arrived.
