Police seek suspect in restaurant robbery

Ottawa police are seeking public assistance in identifying a suspect in a theft at an east end fast food restaurant in February.
The theft occurred Feb. 2 at about 2:25 a.m., when a woman forgot her purse after ordering a meal at the restaurant in the 1000 block of St. Laurent Boulevard.
Security video show a man approaching the counter and ordering. While waiting, he rummaged through the purse and snatched an undisclosed amount of money and identity cards from the purse.
He completed his purcha
