Police seek suspect in Elmvale Acres mugging

A robber grabbed a woman’s purse with such force that she was knocked to the ground Friday morning in Elmvale Acres, police say.
Patrol officers were called to the robbery near the intersection of Othello Avenue and Chapman Boulevard just before noon. The woman had been walking along the sidewalk when she was approached from behind.
