Police seek help finding man, 80, missing since Wednesday

Ottawa police are asking for public assistance in locating Jean Proulx, 80, who has been missing since Wednesday at about 6 p.m.
Proulx, who has dementia and diabetes, was last seen years around 1500 St. Joseph Boulevard.
He is described as Caucasian, six feet (184 cm) tall weighing 140 pounds (64 kg), with white/gray hair. He walks with a hunch and speaks French and English.
