Police reopen Roberston Road after collision, issue advisory to drive safely

Police responded to several collisions early Sunday as freezing rain coated the city ahead of a storm that will see rollercoaster temperatures, high winds and, eventually, blowing snow.
Ottawa police services closed the intersection of Robertson and Eagleson Roads at around noon on Sunday due to a collision, and asked that the public try to find alternate routes.
Police issued a release reminding people to slow down, keep their distance from other vehicles and drive to the conditions.
