Police locate missing 26-year-old woman

Ottawa police issued a news release just after 4 p.m. to say that Emilie Ebbs, 26, had been found.
Ebbs had been reported missing earlier in the day. She had last been seen in east-end Ottawa around 1 p.m. Sunday.
