Police investigating violent death at Ottawa hotel

Ottawa Police are investigating a violent death at the Marriott hotel on Walkley Road Saturday night as a homicide.
Police are not releasing the name of the male victim until his family has been notified.
Police responding to a call to the Marriott around 11 p.m. on Saturday evening found the man dead in a hotel room. He had been bound and had suffered head trauma.
Ottawa Paramedics arrived and pronounced the man dead at 11:40 p.m.
