Police in Ottawa, Toronto seek 'armed and dangerous' suspect

The police services in Ottawa and Toronto have issued a joint public appeal to try to locate an Ottawa man suspected of being involved in a series of crimes in the two cities.
Kishoyan Kipusi, 22, is described as black, five feet one inch (155 cm) tall with a slim build. He was last seen weaing a white hoodie and grey pants.
He is wanted for robbery with a firearm, break and enter, mischief, theft and taking a vehicle without consent.
Police said Kipusi is considered armed and dangerous. Wtiness
