Police hail tipsters after gun seized in Kanata arrest

Police credited citizens who spotted suspicious activity and called the police for the arrest of a 24-year-old man and the seizure of a handgun in Kanata on Saturday.
Patrol officers responded to a report of a man carrying a handgun on Beaverbrook Lane just off Beaverbrook Road at 10:54 p.m.
