Police charge Ottawa massage therapist with sexual assault

Ottawa police officers have charged a massage therapist with sexual assault in relation to allegations about an incident that occurred in 2018.
According to police, a woman in her 20s reported being sexually assaulted by the massage therapist in March 2018 while the two were alone in a treatment room at his clinic in west-end Ottawa.
John Ackerman, 52, of Ottawa has been charged with one count of sexual assault.
Police are concerned that there may be other possible victims and are asking anyone
