Police ask for help as they attempt locate missing 80-year-old man

The Ottawa police have asked for the public’s assistance in locating 80-year-old Jacques Provencher, who was last seen in the ByWard Market area on Friday.
Provencher, who uses a walker, was described as a six-foot Caucasian male with a slim build. He was last seen wearing a lime green sweater and grey jogging pants.
