Police arrest two men on firearm-related charges after collision

Ottawa police officers arrested two men on firearm-related offences after a collision near the intersection of Catherine Street and Metcalfe Street on Saturday.
According to police, the collision occurred around 9:30 pm and was witnessed by an off-duty police officer. The officer called 911 to report the collision.
Other officers soon arrived and began to question the drivers involved. One of the drivers became unco-operative with police, authorities say, and refused to identify himself. The man
