Police have arrested three people after a vandalism spree in Old Ottawa East early Sunday morning.
Parked vehicles had windshields smashed, and houses and a local play structure were spray painted in an area bounded by Lees Avenue, Chestnut Street, Springhurst Avenue and Main Street. The rampage happened around 1 a.m.
