Police arrest man allegedly posing as Uber driver and assaulting riders

Ottawa police have arrested a man for allegedly posing as an Uber driver in the ByWard Market area and sexually assaulting women once they were in his car.
Sami Hassan Khreis, 37, appeared in court Friday and was charged with sexual assault, fraud and stealing credit cards.
