Police arrest alleged human trafficker known for recruiting underage women

A woman faces human trafficking charges after she turned herself into Ottawa police Wednesday morning.
An arrest warrant for Marina Javier, 33, was obtained by police Tuesday.
Javier is known to recruit underage women, including some from group homes, police alleged. 
Javier faces charges of trafficking persons under 18 years, financial and material benefit by trafficking persons under 18, material benefit from sexual services provided by persons under 18, and several other offences.
