From a balmy morning, we’re headed to a forecast frosty afternoon with frigid winds and likely flurries.
The early-morning temperature was 3 C and it was 1 C by 7 a.m.
The forecast is -4 C by afternoon with a 60 per cent chance of flurries and northwest winds at 30 km/h. Skies clear by evening and winds drop off as the mercury plunges to -13 C.
For Saturday, expect mainly sunny skies with increasing cloudiness near noon, a high of -3 C and a low of -6
