Planned Parenthood criticizes city's tweaked flag-raising policy

Planned Parenthood Ottawa is criticizing the tweaks made to the City of Ottawa’s flag-raising policy, saying it’s offsetting gains made this week through a proposed “bubble zone” law in Ontario.“There’s nothing here saying flags won’t be flown for issues that undermine human rights or that are politically divisive."
