Pilot, 70, seriously injured in light plane crash near Cornwall
A 70-year-old pilot was seriously injured when his amphibious airplane crashed near the Cornwall airport Monday evening.
Ontario Provincial Police from the Stormont, Dundas and Glengary detachment responded to a report of a plane crash near Airport Road around 6 p.m.
This report prompted a massive search involving law enforcement agencies on both sides of the Canada-U.S. border.
