Picard jury hears 2014 testimony from brother now claiming memory loss
With Darcy Picard continuing to claim memory loss on the witness stand in the first-degree murder case against his brother Adam Picard, the Crown decided to rewind time to testimony he gave in previous court hearings.
Darcy Picard’s memory was much more lucid four years ago, when he sat in court for four days of sworn testimony, which was played nearly in its entirety for the jury Friday while Picard sat silently in the witness box.
