Perth, Smiths Falls real estate broker charged with fraud

A 57-year-old Smiths Falls real estate broker is facing charges after a two-month fraud probe, Lanark OPP said Wednesday.
The investigation by uniformed officers and detectives from the crime unit began with a walk-in complaint at the Perth detachment June 8.
Mark Lee of Smiths Falls is charged with one count of fraud over $5,000, two counts of using a forged document and one count of personation with intent to gain an advantage.
