Pedestrian struck on Carling Avenue in critical condition

An elderly woman was rushed to hospital Thursday afternoon after she was struck by a vehicle on Carling Avenue.
Ottawa paramedics say they received a call at 3:54 p.m. The incident occurred at the corners of Carling Avenue and Edgeworth Avenue and police are at the scene.
